House System

Where You Belong

Holy Spirit School introduced a house system in the 2022-23 school year to provide middle school students a place to expand their social network, feel a sense of belonging, and build lasting friendships through friendly competition and service work.

Each of our 8 houses are named after saints. They are made up of a total 15 to 20 sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. Students in each house include a mix of grades and academic levels to expose students to a wider scope of students. Each house has their own shirt and is represented by a crest designed by students.

Under staff leadership, houses conduct weekly meetings and monthly activities for team building, service and fun that allow students to work as a team and build unity. Students participate in friendly competition to earn house points and a chance to receive the House Cup!
