Enrollment Updates

Spots are available in Gr. 1 - 7 for the 2024-25 school year.

Enrollment for the 2025-26 school year will open in October.

Application Process
For New Holy Spirit Families

Prior to starting this process, please have your student’s birth certificate available.  You will be required to upload your student’s birth certificate during this process.

  • Step 1: Click the red button below to Start Your Online Application to create a Sycamore account. This process works best on a PC rather than a mobile device, or iPad.  

  • If prompted for the School ID, please enter 3595.

  • Please click on Register to create your Sycamore account. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 5 minutes.  Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

  • After you are logged into your new Sycamore account, you will enter the Online Portal. Click on the New Student tab and advance through the series of tabs.  Once complete, review your progress on the Review Application page and Submit when all items are complete.

  • Complete your $275 non-refundable application fee using the New Student Application Fee link on this page.  This application fee will apply once when entering Pre-K and once when entering K – 8.  Your tuition price includes all technology and book rental fees, snacks for PreK, and most field trips.
